August 2, 2009 will be the renewed All Ohio Parts Spectacular Ford vs. Chevy car show. We are limiting it to Ford and Chevy cars because of the existing rivalry between the two. We also feel by limiting it, we can provide more capable judges. All judges are qualified in their classes and are hired from clubs, independent of our show. We are not only awarding quality trophies, but also large cash prizes, for we feel the investment in a restored vehicle deserved more than just a trophy. First place winners in each class will advance to the second round and a chance to win money. Diagram below illustrates this. Our judging emphasis will be towards originality. We have provided a special custom class runoff for those cars that have been altered from the original. Dash plaques will be given to the first 100 cars. Judging will start promptly at 11:00 am. Gates will be open to car owners and the public at 8:00 am. Show will be held rain or shine. Rules and guidelines will be presented to car owners at the time of registration. We feel with our extensive advertising and the format of the show, we will bring out the best in quality cars for the competitors as well as the viewing audience.
